Welcome to the Payment Information page for Wallace Wellness Center. We understand that paying for services can be a hassle, which is why we have made the payment process as easy and convenient as possible for our clients. To achieve this, we offer two payment options - Pay Links and QR Codes.
Pay Links:
Pay Links are a quick and easy way to make a payment online. We will send you a link via email that will direct you to our secure payment portal. Simply follow the link, enter the requested information, and submit your payment. You can use any device with internet access to make your payment.
QR Codes:
QR Codes are a fast and easy way to make a payment using your mobile device. Simply scan the code with your smartphone camera, and you will be directed to our secure payment portal. Enter the requested information, and submit your payment.
Please note that we require a deposit for each service, which is HALF of the total fee. The deposit is non-refundable and is required to secure your appointment slot. The deposit amounts for each service are as follows:
Initial Consultation: $25 deposit
Comprehensive Evaluation: $112.50
Individual Session: $75 deposit
*PLEASE NOTE* If your balance is not paid in full by the day of your scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment.
